Manufactured by Danfoss / Damcos (Emerson Group) in Denmark, this unit provides seamless operation of butterfly valves, ball valves, and other quarter-turn applications in marine vessels, offshore rigs, tankers, FPSOs, and shipyards.

This LPU PAV05 model is engineered for harsh marine and offshore conditions, featuring IP66 & IP68 waterproof protection, a 230 VAC ±10% power supply, and hydraulic pressure up to 135 bar (tested to 225 bar). With 4–20mA position feedback (DPI-C), it enables precise monitoring and automation in advanced control systems.

When paired with the Damcos BRC-250 BI double-acting balanced rotary actuator, this setup delivers smooth quarter-turn valve motion, high torque, and reliable emergency manual override via hand pump, ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.
