Damcos CB-HP-D-1L (E) Control Block with a Hand Pump 160G5115
Damcos CB-HP-D-1L (E) Control Block with a Hand Pump 160G5115
The Damcos CB-HP-D-1L (E) Control Block with Hand Pump is a marine hydraulic emergency control unit designed for manual operation of shipboard valves in the event of remote system failure.
Manufactured by Damcos (an Emerson brand), this control block is typically installed in seawater cooling systems, ballast systems, and overboard discharge lines.
It provides reliable emergency hydraulic actuation for butterfly or ball valves onboard vessels.
Ideal for ships, offshore vessels, tankers, and marine engine rooms.
Working Principle
This is a Control Block with integrated Hand Pump (HP) for emergency manual actuation.
If the main hydraulic remote control system fails:
Select direction using the Directional Selector Valve
Operate the Hand Pump Lever
Hydraulic pressure moves the actuator
Valve remains in selected position
Emergency Operation Instructions
Emergency Opening
•Turn directional valve to OPEN
•Operate hand pump
•Valve remains open until next operation
Emergency Closing
•Turn directional valve to CLOSE
•Operate hand pump
•Valve remains closed until next operation
Key Features
Manual emergency hydraulic operation
Test pressure rated at 210 BAR
Integrated directional selector valve
Position holding capability
Compatible with remote hydraulic override
